The purpose of this page is for recognition of the unique and diverse ways that our ASP/ASPMs have taken their Staging businesses.  We hope this will give the reader inspiration and encouragement to take Staging in whatever direction your unique vision takes you.

Joyce Nuss, ASP

Joyce offers an hour class monthly at Keller Williams in Danville on Benefits of Staging and How to Sell Staging to Clients.  There has been a good turn out at the classes so far.

As you know, Realtors are our primary repeat clients, so by teaching Realtors how to sell Staging to their clients and the benefits of Staging, Joyce is increasing the awareness of Staging in the public.  Remember - many Realtors don't know what Staging REALLY is until you explain it to them.  Once Realtors understand how you will explain things to their clients, they better understand the way you work.

I have an interesting project I'm working on.  I'm doing a private elementary school office redesign - 2 phases.  Phase I - updating the principal's office, lobby and admin. office.  Phase II - updating the teacher's lounge, nurses office and copy/mailroom.  All the art being used in the project is going to come from an art contest that I suggested - winners will be chosen by the student council and art teachers.  (Reminds me of the Monument Crisis Center project.)
